TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE BASICS
KleanTech LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Central Pennsylvania. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, approving an estimate, or using this website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
These terms are intended to create clear expectations and protect both the client and KleanTech LLC.
SERVICES PROVIDED
KleanTech LLC offers professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
• Standard Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In Cleaning
• Move-Out Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Add-On Services
• Biohazard & Specialty Cleaning
Service details will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.
QUOTES & PRICING
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate.
Pricing may be adjusted if:
• Property condition differs from description
• Square footage differs from what was provided
• Additional services are requested
• Excessive buildup or heavy soil is present
• Biohazard or specialty cleaning conditions are discovered
We will communicate any pricing changes before continuing work whenever possible.
A minimum service charge may apply.
SCHEDULING
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, prior job conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
KleanTech LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to:
• Illness
• Severe weather
• Emergencies
• Safety concerns
• Events outside of our control
Clients will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide access may prevent completion of service and may require rescheduling.
If entry instructions are provided, KleanTech LLC is not responsible for alarm issues or lockouts.
PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS
To ensure the best results, clients should:
• Remove excessive clutter
• Secure pets
• Provide access to water and electricity
• Inform us of delicate or valuable items
• Inform us of any surfaces requiring special care
KleanTech LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improperly secured items.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due once the client agrees to the quoted service price and confirms booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices remaining unpaid more than 48 hours after service completion may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts and denial of future services.
We may accept:
• Cash
• Check
• CashApp
• Venmo
• PayPal
• Other electronic payments
Commercial clients may have invoice terms if agreed upon in writing prior to service.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will return to address missed areas at no additional charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
SAFETY CONDITIONS
Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is considered unsafe, including:
• Hazardous materials
• Aggressive animals
• Structural hazards
• Unsafe working conditions
• Biohazard situations not disclosed in advance
BIOHAZARD & SPECIALTY CLEANING
Biohazard services may include cleaning related to:
• Bodily fluids
• Trauma scenes
• Hoarding conditions
• Animal waste contamination
• Other hazardous environments
Clients must disclose these conditions prior to service.
Additional charges may apply depending on severity and required protective equipment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KleanTech LLC is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Improperly installed fixtures
• Damage caused by normal cleaning methods on fragile surfaces
• Items not disclosed as delicate
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION
We may take before and after photos for:
• Quality control
• Training
• Documentation
Photos will not include personal identifying information unless permission is provided.
CHANGES TO TERMS
KleanTech LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
