Refund Policy

KleanTech LLC is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with any portion of the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will gladly return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the results.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Because cleaning services require time, labor, and operational costs, completed services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered in situations where:

• A service was not completed as agreed

• An issue cannot be resolved through a touch-up visit

• A significant portion of the agreed service was not performed

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the service appointment.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Refund amounts, if approved, may be partial depending on the situation.

CONDITIONS

Refunds may not be issued for:

• Areas that were not included in the original scope of work

• Pre-existing damage or staining

• Wear and tear or permanent discoloration

• Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations

• Issues caused by lack of property preparation

• Situations where the condition of the property differed from what was described

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and prepared for service as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

KleanTech LLC is not responsible for conditions outside of normal cleaning scope that were not disclosed prior to the appointment.

RIGHT TO DENY REFUND

KleanTech LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
