Cancellation Policy

KleanTech LLC understands that schedules can change. We strive to be flexible while also protecting the time reserved for your service.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

 

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

 

Providing proper notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment time to another client.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

 

Same day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total due to lost time reserved for your appointment.

 

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

 

If we arrive at the property and are unable to access the location or the appointment is missed without notice, a fee may be charged.

 

RESCHEDULING

 

We are happy to reschedule appointments when notice is provided in advance.

 

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee depending on availability.

 

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

 

We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

ACCESS ISSUES

 

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

 

If we are unable to enter the property due to lockout, incorrect entry information, or other access issues, a fee may apply.
